It's great to be recording my yoga practice. I actually started on 1 Nov, when I walked for 35 minutes and did a 28 min morning yoga practice. I also walked for an hour on 11/2. I have just found this spot to record, so I'm a bit behind on posting my activity. BUT, I'm enjoying the challenge and am finding that two 30 minute PAs can work for me. I'll see how well I can keep this commitment - I promised, Risto!!
